According to the latest analysis carried out by HReSource, figures predict a workforce growth for more than 50% of businesses in Britain. Recruitment firms and in house recruitment teams could therefore soon see an increase of vacancies from employers.

The survey shows that employers are regaining confidence, with 77% of businesses surveyed believing that the economic climate will stay stable and their companies will not suffer of any major impact any more. Also more than 50% of these businesses predict the creation of new jobs in the next twelve months.
A high percentage (68%) stipulates that their business has severely struggled through the turmoil, and they will keep certain prudence for 2010. Half of the responses mentioned the imminent challenges for 2010 were turned towards the economy.

At Randstad technologies, similar trends are seen in the IT recruitment industry. IT jobs requirements are picking up and relationships with employers who have seen a cut in their workforce in 2009 are starting to release new IT vacancies.
