Its headquarters are located in the Technology Park Plan-les-Ouates, just outside Geneva, with another office in Ecublens, near Lausanne.

Its Moroccan subsidiary, opened in August 2006, reinforces its strategy of developing quality solutions while optimizing the financial aspect of the organisation and allowing its customers to enjoy very good value for money. As for its French subsidiary, established in March 2007, it extended the reach of ilem SA on the French retail market.
