I began life at Randstad Technologies as PA to the board and was soon recognised as someone resourceful and given the opportunity to expand my skill set. As my experience increased, it became clear that I had outgrown my role.
With the valued support of the MD (thanks Rod!), I was put out onto the Randstad market and snapped up by Randstad Managed Services as Supplier Contracts Manager. However, my career has progressed sooner than expected and I am now Implementations Manager.
The ability to move within Randstad and the scope to improve and grow your own career is not something I have come across before in any other company, and it’s something that I value and recommend others to take advantage of.

After 2 years as a Recruiter I wanted to take my career in a different direction I have always had an interest in Marketing and I wanted to make this my next move. With support from Randstad Technologies, I gained sponsorship for my CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing.

I joined the company in 1997 as a Resourcer and after a few years of experience was offered an opportunity I couldn’t miss, running the digital marketing team in Sydney where I stayed for 9 years. But being bored of shorts and barbies and terribly missing the rain and the frenzies of the the underground’s rush hour, I finally decided to come back to the UK where I am now Head of Operations for London.

I joined Randstad Technologies in 2008, leading the International account team focusing on Europe and the Middle East. In 2010, I decided it was time for me go back to Switzerland, where I am originally from. That’s when I realised the limitless possibilities to being part of an international group such as Randstad. After raising my willingness to relocate, I have been offered a regional management position within Talisman, Randstad’s IT specialist in Zurich where I moved to in July 2010.

I joined Randstad Technologies five years ago having just left college. I began in the Timesheet and Billing team and having managed to progress within that department I felt I had outgrown my role.
Randstad Technologies offered me the opportunity to move within the company to a different department where I have a new role as part of the Contractor Management team. This has provided me the chance to use my gained experience to try a more sales associated role. Within this role I am learning many new skills and am achieving the career progression I have been striving for.
Randstad Technologies is a supportive yet ambitious environment in which to work. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and believe I will continue to do so for many years.
